Strategic Finance Director

The Chief Financial Officer is a pivotal role within an organization, overseeing the financial operations and driving strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, coupled with in-depth knowledge of financial management and analysis.

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the company's financial actions and ensuring effective cash flow management.
• Conducting thorough analyses of financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing corrective action plans when necessary.
• Developing accurate forecasts to inform management decisions on future investments or resource allocation.

The Chief Financial Officer will direct all finance-related strategies, initiatives, and activities for organization-wide financial accounting and reporting. This includes:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive financial policies.
• Directing the overall financial planning process.
• Collaborating with senior management to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per month, as well as a Provident Fund benefit package.
