Experience Level

This role is ideal for experienced engineers with 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in Ruby on Rails at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write clean, test-driven code to ensure quality.
  • Produce self-explanatory, clean code with predictable results.
  • Frequently release small improvements to the product.
  • Work in pairs for better results.
  • Conduct peer code reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate in a product team to build and rapidly roll out new features and fixes.
  • Own the entire stack from front-end to back-end, including infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
