Senior Visual Designer

Job Overview:

A talented and versatile Senior Graphic Designer is needed to join a creative team. As part of the new in-house Creative Studio, this role will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets across digital, print, branding, and marketing mediums.

  • Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials including web graphics, presentations, email campaigns, and event graphics.
  • Work closely with marketing, BU and Service Lines to align design strategy with business goals.
  • Maintain brand identity across all touchpoints ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Design infographics, visuals that simplify complex tech products and services storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver High-Quality Visual Assets: Develop compelling graphics for various mediums and projects while adhering to best practices.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, BU and Service Lines to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.

Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design preferably in technology or B2B.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, print, branding, and marketing design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & PowerPoint, Figma, motion graphics (After Effects) and HTML skills a plus.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment collaborating across teams.
