Treasury Management Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Treasury Management Specialist to support the Head of Treasury in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management. This individual will be responsible for:

  • Raising funds and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Monitoring credit ratings and preparing compliance reports.
  • Managing debt servicing and liability management.
  • Planning and coordinating cash flows and audits.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with public sector undertakings and private banks.
  • Preparing loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursements.
  • Coordinating with legal and compliance teams for transaction vetting.
  • Driving fund-raising efforts and accelerating debt-raising processes.
  • Handling credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies.
  • Arranging management calls, negotiating rating fee structures.
  • Overseeing stock audits and charge creation/modification with regulatory bodies.
  • Managing post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reports.
  • Ensuring timely submission of regulatory returns to authorities.
  • Managing liability dashboards, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/fixed deposits.

This role requires strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving, as well as familiarity with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Chartered Accountant or Postgraduate in Finance degree (MBA Finance preferred).
  • 7-12 years' experience in fund-raising for non-banking financial companies/non-governmental organizations.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, Indian Accounting Standards, and International GAAP.
  • Knowledge of National Housing Bank refinancing is an advantage.
