Project Management Leadership Opportunity

Job Overview:

  • Lead multiple infrastructure and buildings projects to establish benchmarks, allocate resources, track progress, and showcase precast technology benefits.
  • Develop and propose alternative construction methods to accelerate project delivery, improve productivity, and ensure superior quality and safety.
  • Establish a robust network of execution resources including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Align and mobilize the execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, and prestressing/post-tensioning to quickly set up and continually improve precast operations.
  • Contribute to developing the overall capacity utilization of precast-related resources such as factories, workforce, moulds, and P&M.
  • Manage and build a team of Production and Installation Engineers along with flying squads deputed to various sites based on project needs.
  • Build cross-functional capabilities in teams for infrastructure and building knowledge and expertise. Manage training needs and safety and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance precast execution team known for their precast expertise.
  • Support standardization and modularization efforts by collecting and analyzing data on IC-wide demands and challenges.
  • Develop innovative data collection and analysis options using IoT and AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering - Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 20-25 years of total work experience
  • Certifications (if any): PMP/Lean/Six Sigma preferred
  • Relevant industry exposure: Infrastructure precast expertise. Building exposure is desirable. International experience is preferred.
