Senior Oracle Flexcube Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the customization and production support of Oracle Flexcube core banking.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration, with experience in performing requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements, troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube, and manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments etc.)
  • Perform comprehensive requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs
  • Deliver tailored customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business specifications
  • Troubleshoot complex PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube
  • Manage critical EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in live environments
Required Skills:
  • 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a senior specialist
  • Thorough understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes
  • Substantial experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
