About the Role:
As a Senior Software Development Engineer at ADCI - Karnataka, you will have the opportunity to own problems end-to-end and collaborate with some of the best minds in the industry. This is a full-stack developer position with an emphasis on designing highly scalable and extensible applications.
This role involves owning complex challenges in computing by utilizing skills in data structures, algorithms, and principle programming. You will be responsible for designing flexible and scalable solutions, working on various responsibilities from design, development, testing, deployment, and operations. Moreover, you would have easy access to Principal Engineers to discuss tech solutions and bounce off your ideas.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Quickly ramp up on the new solutions prioritized in the current roadmap and contribute to their design & implementation.
2. Proactively liaise with both business and other technical teams to achieve common goals.
3. Optimization of the existing technology stack for scalability and transformation of common infrastructure to support multiple programs.
4. Actively work with the team to improve operational excellence, quality of deliverables, and implement continuous deployment.
5. Mentor junior engineers in the team to help them grow professionally.
Benefits and Qualifications:
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our locations in India. Our preferred qualifications include:
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around ₹50 lakhs, depending on your location and experience. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
