Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance and control processes for real estate development projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and protocols to drive excellence.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify defects or non-compliances.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and improve construction quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards through thorough review and approval of construction documents.
- Lead and train a team of professionals to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain quality records and documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 20+ years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
