  • Review and setup new contracts and projects

  • Assist accounts receivable team with cash application & AR maintenance
  • Respond to billing inquiries from account teams
  • Follow-up on outstanding receivables and provide cash application instructions
  • Assist stakeholders with Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Handle mailbox for request and query management
  • Ensure service delivery as agreed KPIs'
  • Update SOPs to capture the exceptions while processing as and when required
Requirements
  • Ability Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification
  • Comfortable with AMER shift timings
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment
  • This position must be able to interact effectively with both the internal and external client teams daily
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Team player and yet able to work independently
  • Good accounting knowledge
Performance Objectives
  • Fulfil agreed SLAs with local country finance teams
  • Improved internal procedures and compliance with policies
Key Skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management
Employee Specification
  • Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification
  • Preferably more than 1-5 years of working experience in T&E / AP
