Law Professor Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished academician with strong research credentials and experience in legal education to lead our Law School to excellence.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. from a reputable university in India or abroad, along with effective senior-level administrative skills and relevant academic expertise in areas such as curriculum development, institutional quality assessment, and faculty development.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of overall work experience in legal education is essential, with a strong network with the industry and academics.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting academic goals, building cohesive teams, establishing a culture of academic excellence, and upgrading Teaching Learning processes and leading all academic and research initiatives.
  • Experience in facilitating accreditation/rankings with external bodies like NAAC, NIRF is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and research at the postgraduate level in law
  • Curriculum development, including designing new courses and revising existing ones
  • Institutional quality assessment and compliance
  • Faculty development and training
  • Academic leadership and administration

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Law from a reputable university in India or abroad
  • Minimum 10-15 years of overall work experience in legal education
  • NET qualification (advantageous)
  • Strong research credentials and publications
  • Effective senior-level administrative skills
