Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to cultivate and nurture relationships with affluent clients by providing personalized wealth solutions, financial guidance, and investment products tailored to their unique profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) to foster long-term relationships.
  • Offer bespoke investment and banking solutions based on client requirements and risk tolerance.
  • Promote cross-selling of wealth management products such as mutual funds, insurance, structured products, and loans to deepen client relationships.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and monitor the financial objectives of clients to ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal and regulatory policies while servicing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any queries or issues raised by clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, investment advisory, operations) for seamless client experience.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve targeted business outcomes in revenue, client acquisition, and product penetration.
