Creative Writer Position
We are looking for talented creative and content writers to support the development and improvement of large language models. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the English language and possess a deep understanding of cultural norms in various regions.

The key responsibilities of this role include developing engaging content, updating rubric definitions with region/language-specific examples, identifying the need for additional rubrics, reviewing translated prompts, writing thoughtful prompts, rating prompt-response pairs, and documenting problematic outputs.

The required qualifications for this position include native proficiency in the target language, familiarity with cultural norms, experience in LLM evaluation or content moderation, strong attention to detail, comfort working in spreadsheets and evaluation templates, and a relevant degree.

We prefer candidates with prior experience in content/creative writing, prompt engineering, or LLM testing, as well as familiarity with tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
