Job Summary

SmartQ is seeking a highly creative and innovative Content Writer to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and communicates the value of our new-age technologies in improving lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content to support launches and client servicing, ensuring messaging is clear and aligned with business needs.
  • Develop thoughtful, business-focused social media content to maintain brand identity and engage relevant audiences.
  • Track content impact and actively contribute to launches.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure content is presented in a visually engaging way.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure it is grammatically correct, free of errors, and consistent with our company tone and branding.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in content writing, ideally within the F&B, Hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to suit our brand tonality and target audiences.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and its role in content marketing.
  • A passion for storytelling and an eagerness to learn about content strategy and brand building.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
