Workday Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday technical specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated Workday solutions.

  • Design and develop seamless integrations between Workday and external systems using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Migrate and convert data between Workday and external systems, ensuring seamless interface development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Provide expert technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues and resolving complex problems.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Excellent understanding of integrations, data conversions, and interface development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
