Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to fill a key position. As an interior designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective design solutions.
  • Providing exceptional customer experience during projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Leading and owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables, driving excellence in every project.
  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from conceptualization to completion.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma in interior design or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an interior designer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including AutoCAD and PPT presentation software.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning), and civil works and services (specifications and installation details).
  • Project management skills, including creating BOQs, coordinating with internal and external agencies, and driving sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, team player, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
