Vistex Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vistex Specialist to support our rebate management operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring Vistex modules, including Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates.

This is a remote position that involves implementing and configuring Vistex modules to meet business requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather rebate-related requirements and translate them into effective Vistex solutions.

• Implement and configure Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to gather rebate-related requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Support the end-to-end rebate process, including rebate agreement setup, claims processing, accruals, settlements, and validation of rebate claims.
• Analyze and troubleshoot rebate-related issues and discrepancies, providing timely resolutions and continuous process improvements.
• Monitor rebate performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of rebate programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct periodic data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with rebate agreements and business rules.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Vistex Analyst, working with Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Customer Rebates modules.
• Solid understanding of rebate management processes and concepts, including Distributor Rebates, Vendor Rebates, and Customer Rebates.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex rebate data and identify patterns and trends.
• Experience in configuring Vistex modules and implementing rebate-related functionalities.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant ERP systems.
