Unlock Insights as a Data Strategist

We're seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team of experts who drive business growth through data-driven decisions. As a Data Scientist at Brace Infotech Private Ltd, you'll be part of the Forecasting & Planning Research team, responsible for modeling complex problems and discovering insights through statistical, machine learning, algorithmic, data mining, and visualization techniques.

This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, solve problems, and deliver against high organizational standards. You'll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, experimenting with the latest forecasting algorithms and processes to optimize existing modeling infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in developing accurate and reliable workforce forecasting models, automating training and forecasting by deploying data and model pipelines on AWS cloud infrastructure, and reducing MAPE (forecasting accuracy) across different risk functions.

You'll also need knowledge of time series models and deep learning for time series, as well as experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment. Your expertise will directly impact the bottom line of the business, making this a high-impact role with significant opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve existing modeling infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and data pipeline tools
  • Strong understanding of time series models and deep learning concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
