Job Title: 2D Artist

A talented 2D artist is required to join our team and contribute to the creation of visually stunning mobile games.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2D artist with a strong background in mobile game development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and illustrating 2D characters, backgrounds, props, clothing, and additional game art assets.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Photoshop and have advanced 2D character illustration skills. They should also be proficient in creating visually engaging 2D art that meets the high standards of our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Design and illustrate 2D characters tailored for mobile gaming platforms
  • Develop visually engaging 2D backgrounds, props, clothing, and additional game art assets
  • Adhere to a structured production pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient creation of production-ready art
  • Export and assemble final assets from source files, following technical guidelines and file specifications
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and artistic workflows
  • Maintain consistency by matching existing art styles and accurately identifying differences across visual styles
  • Integrate and test assets in Unity to ensure seamless in-game performance
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the gaming or animation industry, with a strong focus on mobile game development
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with advanced 2D character illustration skills
  • Experienced in creating 2D characters, backgrounds, props, clothing, and other visual assets for mobile games
  • Able to follow and contribute to a structured production pipeline, ensuring efficient and technically accurate asset delivery
  • Skilled in exporting and assembling images from art files according to defined technical parameters and protocols
  • Quick to learn and apply new technical skills, tools, and workflows
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a solid foundation in graphic design principles
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining thorough working habits
