Mastering SuccessFactors

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central (EC), based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Design solutions tailored to clients' time off requirements and configure time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules' best practices, processes, and regulations.
