This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking initiative integrating clinical psychology and AI in the field of addiction research. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to shape the future of Motivational Interviewing research and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on Motivational Interviewing and addiction psychology
- Generate and analyze synthetic patient-therapist transcripts using digital tools for data recording
- Ensure quality control and score transcripts using the MITI framework
What We're Looking For:
We require a candidate with a strong background in addiction counseling and experience with digital tools for data recording. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical/Counseling/Applied Psychology, M.Phil from RCI-recognized institutions, or a PsyD/PhD is essential for this role. Strong research and analytical skills are a must.
