Job Title: Culinary Assistant

  • Utilize coaching skills throughout the property to drive employee engagement and empowerment.
  • Coach and motivate staff to solve guest-related concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Take ownership of a guest complaint or problem until it is resolved or addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
