Lead Developer Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer with expertise in Java/J2EE, AWS Cloud, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React).

The ideal candidate will lead development initiatives, work on cutting-edge cloud-native solutions, and collaborate with high-performing teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications on AWS Cloud.
  • Building and maintaining cloud-native applications using SpringBoot, SpringBatch, and microservices architecture.
  • Managing and optimizing deployment on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), including clusters, compute nodes, namespaces, pods, and services.
  • Implementing design patterns and best practices across the full stack (Java, React/Angular, PL SQL).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-11 years of software development experience in a business or educational setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience in AWS Cloud, Java/J2EE, Spring Framework.
  • Strong expertise in SpringBoot, SpringBatch, and cloud-native development.
  • Practical experience with ROSA deployment and management (clusters, nodes, pods, services).
  • Strong command over Java 8/J2EE, design patterns, and development tools.
  • Proficiency in Angular or React frameworks for modern UI development.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle PL SQL for database operations.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering complex full-stack projects.
