Project Leadership Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to oversee high-end interior and architectural design projects.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills. This role requires managing multiple sites, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery while upholding the design intent.

  • Project execution from kick-off to handover.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Stakeholder Management

This role involves leading internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants. As a point of contact for clients, you will ensure transparent communication and timely updates.

  • Lead regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.

Quality & Risk Management

You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance procedures, enforcing safety standards, and proactively identifying risks or roadblocks. Ensure seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management is required, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.

  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.

Skills & Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines. Fluency in English is preferred.
