**Job Title:** STA Engineer

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of STA (Static Timing Analysis) Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with complex electronic systems and is looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing static timing analysis techniques for complex SoC blocks or full-chip designs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, power, and area (PPA) closure
  • Creating and maintaining constraints for accurate timing closure

Requirements:

  1. STA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in RTL-to-GDSII implementation
  • Strong foundation in timing closure fundamentals
  • Experience with constraint creation and maintenance exposure
  • Knowledge of DFT modes in STA timing closure
