Job Description

Seeking a results-driven Content Strategist to craft impactful, research-driven content that showcases solutions and demonstrates thought leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker with technical expertise and creative storytelling skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-performance B2B/B2C content, especially within technology and consulting domains. They will be instrumental in developing content strategies that support client growth objectives and showcase our solutions.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires a blend of operational excellence, technical expertise, and creative storytelling. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce content that seamlessly integrates the latest tech tools and human insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies that support client offerings and marketing objectives.
  • Create, edit, and optimize high-impact content for digital platforms, including web pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs.
  • Produce authoritative thought leadership pieces, ghostwritten articles for CXOs, and executive content that positions clients as industry pioneers.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard content for long-form articles, podcasts, corporate videos, webinars, and multimedia assets aligned with our automation focus.
  • Develop compelling marketing assets such as campaign landing pages, service portfolios, solution kits, brochures, and infographics to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Leverage industry data, market research, and emerging tech trends to produce credible, relevant, and future-ready content.
  • Integrate latest marketing automation tools and analytics to produce high-quality content swiftly and efficiently.
  • Use SEO and analytics tools to track content engagement, optimize for discoverability, and measure impact.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and technological advancements to continually enhance content effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5-6 years of experience in strategic content development within tech and consulting domains.
  • Portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-impact content across formats and industries.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Work Environment:

Based at Noida office, with limited WFH flexibility if required. (1 day week).

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.

Immediate onboarding preferred.
