As a Software Development Lead, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the software development landscape. Your expertise will drive innovation and transformation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive software systems that cater to diverse product lifecycle stages.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to deliver exceptional results for clients and projects.

Must possess strong technical skills including:

  • Proficiency in Python with 5-7 years of experience, encompassing an extensive understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system internals.
  • Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib in production or analytics-intensive environments.
  • Practical experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM) ETLs.
  • Proven ability to work with or modernize monolithic applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience working directly with client Business and IT teams and leading technical teams of 6-8 developers, providing them with technical guidance for development.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.

About You:

  • Strong educational background, with a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
