Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to design and develop features in our existing Data Warehouse.

  • This role is responsible for establishing connections between Engineering, product, and analytics/data scientists teams.
  • The ideal candidate will implement and update batch ETL pipelines, define data architecture, and partner with engineers and data analysts to build reliable datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop features in the existing Data Warehouse.
  • Establish connection between Engineering, product, and analytics/data scientists team.
  • Implement, update batch ETL pipelines.
  • Define and implement data architecture.
  • Partner with engineers and data analysts to build reliable datasets.
  • Work with various data orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of Data Architecture and models.
  • Solid expertise in Data Modelling paradigms (Kimball, Inmon, Data Marts, Data Vault, Medallion).
  • Experience with Cloud Based data strategies and big data technologies.
  • Expertise in designing data pipelines for ETL.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL.
  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL development, query optimization, and designing indexes.
  • Advanced SQL concepts (RANK, DENSE_RANK) and statistical concepts through SQL.
  • PostgreSQL extensions (PostGIS).
  • ETL pipelines combining Python + SQL.
  • Data manipulation libraries in Python (Pandas, Polars, DuckDB).
  • Data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
