As our Founding Business Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing efficient processes, workflows, and systems
  • Ensuring seamless project delivery and smooth daily operations
  • Leading the initial core team and hiring process
  • Managing client communication, proposals, and relationship-building
  • Supporting business growth - exploring opportunities and closing deals
  • Tracking performance metrics and making data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business management, operations, or project management (IT/digital industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work
  • Comfortable working in a startup/early-stage environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Management (MBA a plus)
