Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive professional to fill the role of Project Leader. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, actively participating in discussions.
  • Document important actions and decisions from meetings and follow up as necessary.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met by identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Determine project changes and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Provide administrative support as needed and undertake tasks assigned by the project leader.
  • Develop project strategies and ensure adherence to frameworks and documentation guidelines.
  • Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
  • Manage stakeholder views to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings as required, distributing minutes to project team members.
  • Create a project management calendar to fulfill goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • IT project management experience with basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Experience in handling IT security projects (3+ years).
