Key Responsibilities:

  •     Manage the company's profile on the GeM portal, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with government requirements.

  •     Identify and analyze government tenders relevant to the company's products and services.

  •     Prepare and submit bids for government tenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines.

  •     Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to government procurement and the GeM portal.

  •     Handle vendor registration processes on the GeM portal, including document submission and verification.

  •     Build and maintain relationships with government officials and procurement officers to enhance business opportunities.

  •     Conduct market research to stay updated on government procurement policies, trends, and opportunities.

  •     Generate and analyze reports on tender status, bid success rates, and other relevant metrics.

  •     Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of the GeM portal and government tender processes.

Requirements:

  •     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  •     Proven experience in handling government tenders and working with the GeM portal.

  •     Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.

  •     Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  •     Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

  •     Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  •     Proficiency in using procurement and ERP software.

Salary: ₹850,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
