Store Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and monitoring inventory levels to optimize product availability.
• Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by effectively managing staff and implementing sales strategies, providing guidance and support to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment, handling inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, while building strong customer relationships.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, creating a positive work environment through regular performance evaluations and constructive feedback.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and manage store finances, expenses, and performance, implementing cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
• Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols, complying with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the Watch Industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.
