Our organization is looking for a researcher in mathematics to test the reasoning capabilities of large language models.

The role involves creating math problems, analyzing model responses, and identifying gaps in logic or understanding. The goal is to measure how well these models handle abstract thinking and structured problem-solving.

A typical day would involve working on tasks such as:

  • Calculating the number of permutations of elements that consist only of disjoint cycles.
  • Determining the number of distinct convex polyhedra that can be formed using a given number of vertices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Able to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples
  • Strong written communication, especially in remote settings
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Stable computer and internet access

This position is open to candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field.

Selected candidates will participate in a task-based assessment followed by a contract offer with defined timelines and workload.
