Job Description:

As a Product Designer at PepsiCo's GBS Digital Factory, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design of digital products to enhance inefficient processes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct current state assessments of existing processes through interviews, time activity analyses, process observations, and surveys
* Develop user stories and customer journeys to identify pain points and digitization opportunities
* Consult with business stakeholders to execute future state product design through sketches, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
* Inform Engineers and Developers about future state design of digital products
* Monitor digital product performance and maintenance requests; evaluate products in use by business stakeholders and track KPIs and metrics

Qualifications:

* Experience leveraging next gen technologies to enhance inefficient and manual processes
* Ability to understand and develop business requirements, define product features, and design end-to-end digital user experiences
* Experience with design hand-off to Developers and Engineers through detailed documentation and specifications
* Knowledge of the latest UI/UX standards, trends, and tools
* Prior experience and involvement in digital transformation preferred
