Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver consulting assignments in the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance
  • Managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and approval processes
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Monitoring project risks and proactively developing mitigation strategies
  • Supporting business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions
  • Providing post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required
