Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Interior Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging designs based on conversations with clients
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients to assess their needs
  • Remain updated on interior design trends and incorporate them into your work
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive deal closure
  • Orient customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Oversee quality and accuracy in design deliverables
  • Manage end-to-end projects from inception to completion

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Academic education or relevant diploma
  • Minimum 6 months experience as an Interior Designer
  • Proven track record of delivering residential projects (5-6)
  • Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services
  • Project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies
  • Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch
  • Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
  • High degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
