Embedded Systems Specialist

The position involves designing and implementing algorithms for programming Non-Volatile memory devices. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in C/C++/Assembly languages, Python, and AI research.

  • Develop and maintain programming algorithms for devices with Non-Volatile memories.
  • Update existing algorithms to adapt to new specification changes from semiconductor manufacturers.
  • Analyze support requests to assess feasibility and identify necessary electrical and software requirements.
  • Design and release Socket Module adapter boards.
  • Evaluate incoming requests for device support.
  • Apply standard engineering techniques and leverage AI in completing device support engineering tasks.
  • Collaborate with QA and the software team on unique testing requirements.
  • Work with Technical Support on issues or questions pertaining to Device Support.
  • Troubleshoot and fix problems found and reported by QA or customers.
  • Maintain relationships with semiconductor manufacturer engineers and contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficient in C/C++/Assembly languages, Python, and AI research.
  • Expertise in EPROM, Flash, Microcontrollers, and PLDs.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols SPI, I2C, UART, SWD, JTAG.
  • Awareness of signal integrity, ground bounce, power supply noise, etc.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
