Senior Associate Role

We are seeking talented professionals to join our Internal Audit team as Senior Associates. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality audit engagements from planning through to execution and reporting.
  • Liaise with engagement teams and end clients throughout the audit process.
  • Work across various subjects and projects, being agile and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and review audit workpapers, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
  • Engage in detailed discussions with clients, identifying risks and controls within their operations.
  • Document governance or process gaps, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform substantive testing of internal controls and audit processes, using data-driven methods.
  • Communicate risk findings to clients in a clear and practical manner.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Internal Audit and/or internal controls, covering all phases of planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent client handling and relationship management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in undertaking or reviewing risk management processes.
  • Flexibility in approach to meeting goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of audit concepts and regulations.
  • Minimum 4-7 years' experience in related domains.
  • Big 4 or equivalent experience preferred.
