Integration Specialist

Job Description:

As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for performing integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes for various projects.

You will work on multiple RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration. Your role will involve executing new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per project guidelines.

Key responsibilities include call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration (LTE/5G).
  • Hands-on experience with AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform log analysis and issue resolution. Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams are also essential.
