Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and leverage their expertise in Predictive AI and Operational Research (OR) to drive data-driven decision-making and optimization for complex business processes.

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and mathematical models to solve real-world operational problems across domains such as supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, finance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business operations
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software components and deploy them on cloud platforms
  • Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in AI and machine learning

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and research
  • Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, and C++
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
