Our mission is to distribute participatory power to billions of people in the digital economy. To achieve this, we've developed our own L1 blockchain and backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure, and more accessible.

You'll work with teams developing tech products across blockchain and distributed systems – focusing on real-world problem-solving.

We're challenging established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Our underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights, and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication.

As a Senior Technical Leader, you'll take charge of managing multiple products/tools and a team of 10+ members. Your expectations include being a tech expert, leading sprints with capable tech teams, prioritizing tasks, and driving technical design remodeling and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.

• Drive technical design remodeling and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions
• Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews
• Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking
• Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security
• Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem

Key requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream
• Relevant and progressive 10+ years of experience, with good projects in Blockchain products
• Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js
• Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Preferred: Designed, developed, and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud
• Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development
