Senior Lab Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Specialist to manage and maintain our laboratory facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and laboratory management, with experience in equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance. They will be responsible for planning and coordinating lab upgrades and maintenance projects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand test solution needs.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Lab Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and testing.
- Project Planning: Plan and coordinate lab upgrades and maintenance projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams and other stakeholders to understand test solution needs and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve lab processes and procedures.
- 4+ years of industry experience in laboratory management or a related field.
- Diploma or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with equipment calibration, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering and laboratory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
