• Build Strong Teams: Develop and lead a talented team of passionate individuals who share our entrepreneurial spirit.
• Drive Execution: Oversee the successful implementation of ongoing projects, such as Profit Pathshala and TapriPreneur Network.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Seek out funding, partnerships, and growth prospects that align with our mission and vision.
• On-Ground Operations: Handle events, community-building activities, and on-ground operations that bring our initiative to life.

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Possess a strong risk-taking and problem-solving mindset that drives innovation and progress.
• Passion for Startups: Be passionate about startups, community building, and empowering young people.
• Willingness to Learn: Demonstrate a willingness to learn from experience, adapt to new challenges, and grow as a professional.
• Leadership Experience: Prior experience in startups, business, or leadership is a plus, but not a requirement.
