Business Development Intern Role

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are interested in the HR, staffing, and recruitment industry and want to gain experience in business development.

The Business Development Intern will support our growth initiatives by researching and identifying prospective clients across target industries, assisting in outreach campaigns to generate new business leads, and supporting proposal preparation and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to engage with new clients.
  • Support the creation of proposals, capability decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate client and lead data within our CRM/ATS systems.
  • Track business development activities and provide regular reports on pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Participate in client meetings and document follow-ups as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of the HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable individuals thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) is an asset.
