Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including packaging, social media graphics, and character illustrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design dielines and artwork for packaging materials.
  • Design labels, inserts, instruction cards, and barcode/info panels with precision.
  • Prepare files for vendors and support pre-press checks, ensuring accurate CMYK/Pantone settings and trapping.

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Create engaging Instagram posts, Reels covers, Stories, ads, email graphics, and landing page assets that capture audience attention.
  • Build a reusable template system for consistent output and efficiency.
  • Leverage motion graphics in Reels/Stories using Adobe After Effects or Lottie/GIFs to enhance visuals.

Character & Illustration:

  • Develop and evolve graphic personas, including turnarounds, expressions, outfits, and props to reflect the brand's personality.
  • Produce scene illustrations, sticker sets, and animation-ready assets that showcase creativity and skill.

Systems & Operations:

  • Maintain the brand kit, component library, and file organization systems to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with Creative Lead, Social, and Ops teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in brand/packaging/illustration or equivalent freelance track.
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging craft, social media, and illustration/character work.
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, and color management, with an emphasis on premium finish and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and ability to incorporate them into workflow for efficient results.
