Full Stack Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and SQL to join our dynamic team at Unikon. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development and a proven track record of deploying applications to production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our software solutions.
3. Write clean, well-designed code and contribute to the development of high-quality software products.
4. Work with SQL databases to manage and query data effectively, ensuring efficient data management and analysis.
5. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
6. Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices and browsers, providing an exceptional user experience.
7. Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and maximizing system availability.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process, enhancing overall efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
2. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on back-end and front-end technologies.
3. Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and SQL, with a solid understanding of database management and query optimization techniques.
4. Experience deploying applications to production environments, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
5. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, enabling effective communication between systems.
6. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing for comprehensive web application development.
7. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools, facilitating collaborative development and continuous integration.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
