Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Estee Lauder Companies, you will be part of a dynamic team that combines creativity and technical expertise to provide exceptional in-store experiences for our customers. This role requires someone who is passionate about beauty and has excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and inspire our customers to explore our products.

The ideal candidate should have strong make-up knowledge and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail or makeup artistry is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applicants with basic level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.

Responsibilities include providing inspirational and personalized customer service, working effectively as part of a team, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. The successful candidate will also be required to attend special events and work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
