Offshore Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert with over 10 years of experience in delivering seamless network connectivity, efficient virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) access, and robust end-user support for our offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer Mac and Windows environments with expertise.
  • Administer JAMF, AVD, and mobile device management (MDM) tools and environments.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Resolve complex Microsoft 365 suite issues, including Teams, Outlook, and Intune.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and strong communication skills to the role.

Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Proficient in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
