Technical Director Job

We are seeking an experienced full-stack Technical Director to lead our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Architecture and Implementation: Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using .NET Core.
  • Front-end Development: Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Code Quality and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Agile Methodologies: Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • .NET Core and C#: Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
  • ReactJS and JavaScript: Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Microservices and SQL Server: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server.
  • CLOUD Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership skills.
