SAP Functional Consultant Job Description

About the Role:

Our organization seeks a seasoned SAP Functional Consultant to lead and support SAP S/4HANA projects.

  • Deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions, including implementations, upgrades, and production support.
  • Configure and optimize Sales & Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in line with client requirements.
  • Provide expertise in O2C scenarios: Make-to-Order, Third-Party, Cash Sales, Consignment, Intercompany, Stock Transfers.
  • Set up and manage pricing configuration and troubleshoot errors.
  • Configure and support Credit Management, including risk categories and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration between SD, MM, and FI modules.
  • Support test planning, execution, and defect management throughout the lifecycle.
  • Prepare documentation and provide end-user training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD, P2P, and O2C processes.
  • Proven track record with full-cycle SAP implementations and production support.
  • Solid understanding of integration between SD, MM, and FI.
  • Hands-on experience with pricing configuration and credit management.
  • SAP Certification in SD or S/4HANA is preferred.
