Product Designer Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company, preferably from an EdTech background. They will have a strong eye for detail, creativity, and usability, and be proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
